i found the hotel staff quite friendly and helpful. the beach and pool area are well-kept. i had a free upgrade to a superior queen garden view. the grill outside in the evening was a nice touch.

i thought that the food was repetitive. i would say the hotel was quiet, especially in the evening. the hotel lacked animation at night. it could be quite boring.

I gotta say, the rooms are super clean and nice. It had a wonderful Superior Family Queen or Twin Beds Garden View. The cleaning service was on point. They always ensured the room was tidy. Staff was friendly and always smiling. They have such a beautiful beach too, I loved it.

The service was slow and inattentive. It often took a very long time to get drinks, and some staff seemed uninterested in helping unless they received a tip. This is unacceptable in a hotel of this category.

the hotel was very clean and well maintained. the food at the snack bar and the restaurant was varied and lovely. i went by taxi to el fanar beach for snorkeling in shallow waters. it had amazing coral and sea life

I appreciate the hotel have great clean. The staff were friendly and helpful always. I did get a better room with a nice view for no extra charge. Mahmoud in the bar made a very warm welcome.

I found some fault with the food. The taste felt average for a five star hotel. The personal are not really friendly, I think. The rooms is old and require refurbishing.

The gym was rather disappointing. It only had a couple of treadmills and some old weights. The equipment seemed quite outdated. the entertainment was not very engaging. There was not much variety, and the activities felt repetitive. It could use some serious improvement. I expected more from a resort of this caliber.
